At Harlequins Rugby Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
